Winco KFP-122 Description

The Winco KFP-122 sharpening steel is diamond coated to quickly sharpen the edge of a knife's blade, and it can be used frequently for honing and polishing due to its extra-fine grit. Because this steel is 12 inches in length, it's recommended for use with knives at least two inches shorter. Users can sharpen knives with this tool by pressing lightly on it and stroking two or three times per side of the blade.
